We have had the privilege of creating a truly exceptional private residence in the Bendinat area of Mallorca. This exclusive home of approximately 750m2 has been meticulously crafted and designed from the ground up. Situated in a prime location, it is a gem of a property.

Working closely with the client, our vision was to create a modern urban finca that seamlessly blends elements of the city with the innate charm of rural nature. Over the course of three years, we meticulously planned and executed every aspect of the architecture and interior design to create a truly unique masterpiece. The construction of this villa was entrusted to highly skilled local craftsmen, ensuring exceptional quality.
